and then you blink and find yourself all trussed up in a uniform sitting in a kindergarten room

Mind you I feel fairly confident the kookiness that is you will continue

p.s I arrived today to pick Sienna up after her first half day to find her clutching her heart. Yeah. Very glad I made that.
She's gorgeous! Glad the heart came in handy, it's a really sweet idea & I bet she'll have so much fun at school!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet xx
ReplyDeleteOh, oh, oh! Did your heart do a flip flop? So glad you made that heart.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! Both your quirky girl and your lovely heart. Such a beautiful way to show your support and help her feel secure. Wonderful parenting.

How cute! It's such a big step for you all - you've done wonderfully.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so grown up. It all runs past so quickly, oh for the "undies on the head" days all over again.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so big dressed up in her uniform! I'm sure that heart will be treasured for a very long time.
ReplyDeleteThankfully the uniform doesn't remove the inner cookiness! She's lucky to have a mum who appreciates her cooky side!!
ReplyDeleteLove it Mel.
ReplyDeletep.s kooky kids are the best!
excellent - what is it about undies on heads! all three of mine have done it (and I've photographed them all doing it too...so funny - it's always the hubbys undies too!!)
ReplyDeleteShe does look very grown up now though - bless!
